Alcantara Family Foundation is a foundation located in Barcelona, created by the Alcántara Family and dedicated to promoting the personal development and social inclusion of those who need it most through the values of sport.
Alcantara Family Foundation has contacted us with the aim of developing a new web page in which to show its principles and values, its work, its projects, its partners, and ultimately, to obtain donations that help the Foundation. For the acceptance and management of donations, the GiveWP – Donation Plugin plugin has been used, which we will talk about in detail below.

First, a new corporate website was designed using WordPress as a content manager, carrying out the following tasks:
– Selection of a more visual and modern template.
– Responsive website, adaptable to all devices.
– Implementation of the plugins necessary for the proper functioning of the website.
Second, the GiveWP – Donation Plugin plugin was downloaded and activated, used to accept and manage donations from users, and whose main functionalities are the following:
– Customizable donation forms and the possibility of different donation methods .
– Provides statistics and donation reports .
– Manage donors and donation receipts .
– Integrate with a wide variety of third-party gateways and services .
